Church Tech Tool of the Day: Podbean

If you work for a church as a technology or media director you are going to have to jump into the Podcasting world eventually.

Podbean is a fantastic ,fast and simple Podcasting website. It was my first initial jump into the pool of podcasting and it was easy and fast to learn. My pastor desired for the podcasts to be up very soon and the turn-around time on Podbean was little to none. I started learning and we were up and running in three days and on Itunes in five days. Podbean offers various paid accounts but still offers a free account for maybe a very small church. Our church of 600 weekly attendance pays $4.95 a month for hosting and have all our needs met. We will soon start archival and bolstering our past sermon series onto the web because of the gracious incremental space growth offered by any paid plan on Podbean. Overall Podbean offers a fantastic service at a low cos. This service is particularly good for churches who will need space growth and ease of use.
